2005 – Present

Demonstrated continual professional growth from Manager, Sr. Manager, to Director in 3 years. Promoted from Operations Lead of $39M account to lead HR Information Systems for $55M customer account. Manage a high-performance global team of 150 IT professionals and 9 direct reports. Served as liaison to customer’s management and executive teams for project and operational initiatives. Directed all phases of people development including: compensation planning, talent acquisition, performance reviews, mentoring and training. Continued focus on strategy and excellent customer focus led to $7.5M in new business. Supported clients include: McDonald’s, Motorola, and Havi Global Services.
